Townhome Inspections
● Under 2,499 sq. ft. — $350
● 2,500 to 3,999 sq. ft. — $425
● 4,000 sq. ft. and above — $500
Radon Testing
$160 (or $150 when bundled with a home inspection)
Our radon tests require access to the property 48 hours before the scheduled home inspection to stage the testing equipment.
Each test must run for at least 48 hours to capture an accurate sample and provide reliable results.
Single Family Home Inspections
● Homes under 2,499 sq. ft. — $400
● Homes 2,500 to 3,999 sq. ft. —$450
● Homes 4,000 sq. ft. and above — $550
